At Leaf Me Be, we take great care to send you plants that are healthy, well established and ready to thrive in your home. Each order is packed securely to protect it during transit.

Because plants are living things, they may experience some cosmetic leaf damage during shipping. This can include small tears, minor browning, or blemishes on older leaves. These are natural and do not affect the overall health or future growth of the plant.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee covers plants that arrive in a condition where they cannot survive. If your plant does not make it through transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and its packaging. We will review your claim and, if the plant is covered under the guarantee, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our refunds process is designed to be fair, straightforward, and in line with our Live Arrival Guarantee.

When a refund is available

• If a plant arrives in a condition where it will not survive, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and its packaging so we can assess the claim.
• If an incorrect item was sent, we will arrange a replacement or refund once we have verified the error.

When a refund is not available

• If the plant is healthy on arrival but not to personal taste in size, shape, or minor appearance.
• If damage is purely cosmetic and does not affect the long term health of the plant.
• If you change your mind after the order has been shipped.
• If plants decline due to care conditions after arrival.

How refunds are processed

• Refunds are made to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
• Refunds will cover the item cost only unless the issue was due to our error. Shipping costs are non refundable.
